Carriers, infrastructure and routing

TDC Nuuday has split into two separate entities: TDC NET (digital infrastructure, fibre, 5G) and Nuuday (service provider, consumer and business brands including TDC Business). TDC NET connects 1.5+ million Danish addresses with fibre and provides nationwide 5G. Telia Denmark was sold to Norlys by Q1 2024 — Norlys is now integrating Telia's former Danish network assets.

Colt expanded its IQ Network to Copenhagen, offering up to 400Gb optical wave and 10Gb Ethernet services, particularly focused on financial and data-intensive sectors. Denmark questions

What happened to TDC?

TDC split into TDC NET (infrastructure owner, fibre + 5G) and Nuuday (service provider). Enterprise customers deal with TDC Business under Nuuday. The network infrastructure is unchanged — just a different commercial structure.

What happened to Telia Denmark?

Telia sold its Danish operations to Norlys by Q1 2024. Norlys is integrating those assets. If you're on a Telia Denmark contract, it's now a Norlys contract.
