Cookie Policy
Version 0.6 · Revised 3 November 2026
Download Cookie Policy (PDF) →1. Scope
This policy covers connectednetworks.io and its related subdomains. Read it with our Privacy Notice. Separate services or subdomains may have their own controls; a choice on the main website should not be assumed to apply automatically to every portal.
2. What cookies and similar technologies do
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels and scripts that store or access information on your device. Session cookies generally last for a browser session; persistent cookies remain until they expire or you remove them. Browser session restoration can affect session-cookie lifetimes.
A connection to an external service can transmit technical information without setting a cookie. Conversely, a technology can store or access device information without creating a named cookie. We distinguish these activities rather than treating every external request as tracking.
3. Your choices
Cookiebot provides the banner on our main website. Choose Reject optional to decline optional categories, Accept all to allow them, or Settings to select Preferences, Statistics and Marketing and then Save my choices. Necessary cookies cannot be switched off in the banner.
Use Cookie settings in the footer to reopen the banner and change or withdraw optional consent. Saving a choice does not activate a service that is not installed. Removing your consent does not erase information already collected; our Privacy Notice explains your data rights.
Strictly necessary storage or access used to provide a service you request does not require consent. Optional uses that require consent must wait for your choice. We do not treat an analytics product as exempt merely because of its name or configuration.
Cookies and your controls
4. Consent-management cookie
| Cookie / provider | Purpose and duration |
|---|---|
| CookieConsent / Cookiebot | Stores the consent choices you save for the website where it is set. First-party cookie, used for consent management. It expires after 12 months unless you remove it or it is replaced when your choices change. |
The consent-management service receives the technical information needed to deliver the banner and record your choices. Its privacy information is available at cookiebot.com/en/privacy-policy.
5. Security and related subdomains
The pricing service uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish genuine visitors from automated abuse. It processes browser and device information for this check. This is a security function, separate from optional analytics or marketing. See the Cloudflare privacy information.
Authentication and session technologies on related subdomains are distinct from optional measurement. A choice saved on the main website does not automatically establish your choices on another subdomain. Refer to the controls and information provided by the service you use, or contact us for details.
6. Managing browser storage
Use Cookie settings in the main website footer to change your choices. You can also block or remove cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential authentication or security technologies may prevent a requested feature from working.
Removing CookieConsent, using another browser or changing devices may cause the banner to appear again. Cookie expiry describes browser storage, not how long information already sent to a server is retained. Our Privacy Notice explains retention and your data rights.
External links may take you to services with their own cookie notices and controls. Those services are outside the scope of this policy unless they are provided on a related connectednetworks.io subdomain.
7. Contact and changes
Questions about cookies or similar technologies: customersupport@connectednetworks.io. You can also write to our registered office shown in the footer.
We review this policy when technologies change and at least annually. The version and revision date appear in the header.
