Buying

Are you a carrier, an aggregator, or a reseller?

None of those exactly. We buy circuits from the world's carriers, deliver them with our own Meridian Edge device and our own proprietary observability, and stay accountable for them. Between you and the carriers there's one layer: us. We orchestrate whatever's underneath and see all of it.

Why us →

Can we start with one site?

Yes. Bring us the site that keeps letting you down. Scope and terms are agreed for that site alone; the rest of the estate can follow when you're ready.

Do we have to move everything to you?

No. Start with the site that keeps letting you down. Move the rest when you're ready.

Can we keep our existing carrier and still have Meridian?

Yes. Meridian can run on a third-party circuit. We bill for Meridian; your carrier keeps billing for the circuit, and your team keeps managing the carrier's tickets — with Meridian's evidence in hand.

Do you work with smaller organisations?

Headcount isn't the test. What our customers share is that connectivity is critical infrastructure to them: when it fails, the business stops. If that's you, we're built for you.

Can we buy through our MSP or reseller?

Yes — branded reseller and agent arrangements, not white-label. Through a reseller, they provide first-line support and we provide second line and above. Through an agent, we provide the service desk. Your proposal says which applies.

Delivery

How long will it take?

It varies by site. The lead time for your location comes with your firm quote.

What if the address comes back blank?

It means no carrier could quote it automatically, not that it can't be done. This is where we go deep: we work through the tier one, two and three suppliers in that market until we find the solution. Send us the address.

Do you deliver where we are?

Yes. We provide connectivity in every market.

Can you take over an existing circuit?

Depends on the carrier and your contract. We investigate a transfer where it's possible and a replacement where it isn't. Existing contract obligations apply either way.

Can you give us two circuits that actually fail independently?

Yes. Two circuits from two carriers can still share a duct, a pole or a whole upstream network, so we design for physical and platform diversity, not just two logos, and verify the routes against where the fibre actually runs.

Meridian

What does Meridian actually measure?

Every layer, from the physical circuit to the application. Is the circuit up; delay, loss and jitter on the access network and on the full path to each application you depend on, every minute; TCP, TLS and HTTPS to see whether the application actually answers. From your edge outwards and from our nodes back to you, with the internet's routing table and the device's own traffic alongside.

The full methodology →

Does the device need access to our internal network?

No. It sits on the carrier side of your firewall and measures outward. Its view starts at the edge; it doesn't see inside your LAN.

What happens when Meridian sees a problem?

The people you've named for proactive notification hear first. Depending on what it is, our 24/7 service desk raises a ticket with the carrier straight away, or watches to see whether it clears. The carrier gets a data pack if they need convincing. If it isn't your connection at all, you're told that too.

In full →

Will Meridian move traffic or fix things automatically?

No. It tells you where and whose. Your team makes the traffic decisions, and our service desk makes the carrier move.

What's included, and what costs extra?

Basic is on every connection we supply. Pro is a paid tier per site: unlimited custom destinations, longer history, causal narratives, cross-site correlation, API access. Both run on the same device; upgrading is a licence change, no site visit.

The table →

How much history can we go back through?

Thirty days on Basic. Twelve months on Pro. If you need longer, talk to us.

Does upgrading unlock earlier measurements?

Measurements already collected become accessible within the new tier's history window. Tests that were never run can't be reconstructed by upgrading.

Support and contracts

Who do we actually talk to?

A network expert, not a queue. Our service desk is 24/7, with a clear escalation path if you ever need it.

What are the contract terms?

12, 24 or 36 months as standard; 1, 3 and 6-month terms in selected on-net locations. Quotes hold for thirty days. Billing monthly or quarterly in advance, Net 30.

What's the SLA?

Set per product and location, part of the agreement, and performance against it is measured by Meridian rather than reported by the carrier.
